I really like driving.
Something about this silence alone in the car and the thoughts that move alongside the landscape images that look out the window and change at the same time.
Today when I drive a car I don't have to think about driving or the road

. I've been driving for so many years that my body and mind are already driving on automatic.
At first it wasn't like that.

Everything was stressful and I had to think about everything. Slowly, with time, experience, practice,
driving became a part of me. A natural movement that was assimilated into the body and freed me to also enjoy driving and the landscape.

Anyone who regularly practices techniques such as meditation, yoga, tantra, vipassana, dance, and more
knows that at first you practice mechanically, we call it that.

As time goes by and the practice deepens, not only does it become easier and more natural, it begins to be assimilated within you on a cellular, physical, mental, and spiritual level.
So the practice or technique is no longer a practice, it is a way of life.

But at the beginning and at the end, the body is the tool for this transformation. The counterpoint.
The human design that I love so much

actually talks about the exact same thing.
When a person comes to a map reading, I can see very profound things there. Purpose, soul, internal challenges and more.

But that's not really the essence of map reading.
The map is a suggestion, a tool for practicing with very practical and simple tools for understanding how I call it settling inside my body.

So that ultimately our decisions and movement in life are embedded within us at the cellular level and the body alone automatically leads the movement and decisions in life, not the mind.
Because what does it matter what the map tells you about your purpose, soul
if you haven't understood or learned how to properly drive your vehicle, the body.
Even if the love of your life is waiting for you in Eilat tomorrow
but you get in the car and put diesel instead of gasoline,
it will probably and remain in the parking lot.

And there are some for whom these are their lives.
And that's sad to live this wey

Because our wonderful lives are so short,
the world offers us so much,

just come and take it.

It's all there.

But as I once heard someone say -
if you don't put the note in the Western Wall,
how will the million dollars you fantasize about and beg God to send you every night come to you?

Just make sure you put the right note in..
